Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We may modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by applicable law.

NetchX provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall NetchX, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

The NetchX service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NetchX and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NetchX. All logos, product names, and service names used by NetchX are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds must be claimed within 1 week (7 calendar days) of purchase. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be considered. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and your account must be in good standing.

Refundable Circumstances

NetchX may issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Significant technical issues that render the service unusable
  • Service unavailability lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Major feature changes that substantially alter the service you purchased

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Misuse of our platform or services
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Claims made after the 7-day refund period
  • Incompatibility with your device or system that was specified in our requirements

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your NetchX account
  2. Navigate to "Billing" in your account settings
  3. Select "Request Refund" and complete the form
  4. Include your order number and detailed reason for the refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
